Shipments throughout Greece

  • For purchases of products with a total value of more than one hundred euros (€100), the customer is not charged shipping costs.
  • For purchases under one hundred euros (€100), the customer is charged with shipping costs of ONLY five euros and fifty minutes (€5.50).
  • In-stock products are usually dispatched by courier the next working day if the order is placed by 4pm, otherwise 1-3 working days from the day of the order. If a product is not available, the waiting time can reach 3-4 working days. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the progress of your order.
  • Products not immediately available are shipped as soon as they become available.
  • Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 - 17:00.

Shipments to Cyprus

  • The shipments are made with a cooperating courier company and the shipping costs are twenty euros (€20). If the order is over €140, you are not charged for shipping costs.
  • In-stock items are shipped in 1-3 business days if ordered by 4:00pm. If a product is not available, the waiting time can reach 3-4 working days. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the progress of your order.
  • Products not immediately available are shipped as soon as they become available.
  • Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 - 17:00.

Shipments Abroad

  • Shipments abroad are not delivered with cash on delivery
  • Shipping costs are thirty euros (€30). If the order is over €190, you are not charged for transport costs.
  • Overseas orders are delivered once payment has been made.

Observations

  • Upon completion of your order, you will be automatically sent an email with the analysis of your order.
  • For areas without express delivery, hard-to-reach areas and cash on delivery, the customer will be informed via email or by phone about additional charges.
  • Orders placed by the same consignee, before being shipped, will be combined into one shipment with corresponding shipping, cash on delivery and additional weight-volume charges.

2. Orders without valid necessary information such as Name, Address, Postal Code, Telephone will be canceled and will not be sent to the recipient.
3. The photos of some products may be different from the package received by the customer as changes in their external appearance are frequent.
