We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Product Returns

  • In the event of an error by our company. We will give you a full refund for the value of the order and the shipping costs.
  • In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, no money will be returned and the products can only be changed with others desired by the customer. In this case, the change is accepted by our company only if the products are intact and unused and the customer is also charged with the additional costs of the new shipment*.
  • In the event that the products you have received have exceeded the expiry date, we will fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
  • In the event that the product has a defect and is covered by a warranty, a replacement is made in consultation with the product company.
  • Returns are accepted after consultation and only if the products are unused and in their original condition and after they have been checked by the returns department.
    The customer is obliged during the receipt of the package to check the products before opening or using them. If a product is not in its original condition, it cannot be returned.
  • Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company.
  • For your refund, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made. Retail receipt is required for returns. In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.
  • In case the return is not made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, our company has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement .
  • In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card updated accordingly.
  • Before returning the product, you should contact the returns department of our company.

2. Product Return Procedure

Product sending. As long as our company's returns department has been contacted, pack and send the package with the product with our partner courier company. Inside the package you will have placed a note in which to inform us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product as long as the product meets the return conditions. In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In any case, no change is made without the sales document.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have not been shipped from our store and within 8 working hours (business hours are considered the operating hours of the physical store).
  • If the deposit from the customer to our company's account is not made within 3 working days, the order is cancelled.

* The shipping costs in case of return or change of products and while it is not our company's fault amount to €5.00 for additional cash on delivery.
